Abstract

The thesis included five chapters. In the first chapter, the researcher touched on the introduction and the importance of the research. It was about the ability of the educational supervisor and the specialist to coordinate his ideas in order to be able to solve an appropriate solution to an existing problem and implement this solution in a proper manner and to reach a better organizational situation behind it in order to implement the plans and objectives of the educational institution and its programs. In order to achieve this, it is necessary to develop the supervising educational cadres and organize their ideas in order to improve the understanding and digestion of responsibilities and the extent of their ability to carry out their duties and tasks to the fullest extent. And results for the competent authorities in this field for the purpose of evaluation, addressing the negatives and enhancing the positives in order to develop the educational aspect in the future. In our country Iraq. As for the research problem, it was in the lack of studies that dealt with professional cognitive consistency and its impact on organizational skills of educational supervisors and specialization. Professional knowledge, identifying the division of supervisors’ answers, building a scale of organizational skills, identifying the degree of supervisors’ evaluation, and identifying the size of the impact between educational supervisors’ evaluation and specialization. As for the objectives of the research, they were building a scale of professional cognitive consistency, identifying the division of supervisors’ answers, building a scale of organizational skills, and identifying the degree of evaluation. Spatial domain: the specialized educational supervision departments in the Directorate of Education in Dhi Qar. As for (Chapter Two), the researcher dealt with theoretical studies only because there are no similar studies, and he relied on foreign sources in the research, as there are no Arab sources related to these two variables. As for the third chapter, the researcher used the descriptive method in the survey method. Being the most appropriate, this chapter included the research methodology and its field procedures, and the research sample consisted of (100) educational supervisors specializing in Dhi Qar governorate, they were chosen by the intentional method, and the sample was divided into two parts (62) educational supervisors and specialists for the construction sample, and (32) ) an educational supervisor and a specialist for the application sample, and (6) for the exploratory experiment and the preparation of the scale form in its final form. As for the fourth chapter, it included presentation, analysis and discussion of the results, and the disclosure of the relationship between professional cognitive consistency and organizational skills. As for (Chapter Five), the most important conclusions and recommendations were presented, with the presence of a direct proportion to the consistency of professional knowledge and organizational skills, and the necessity of working with the two standards of supervisors in completing the work assigned by the supervision departments
