Abstract

The first chapter included the introduction and the importance of the research. Management science is one of the sciences of utmost importance that serves society in various fields and activities and must be resorted to in addressing many of the problems facing individuals and modern societies. There have been many theories of leadership, as these theories have focused, to varying degrees, on one or more aspects of the physical, mental, or emotional elements of human interaction in organizations, while neglecting the spiritual component. The Scout divisions affiliated with the Directorate of Sports and Scouting Activities are considered among the important educational institutions that have an influential and effective role. In society by dealing with an important segment, which is (pupils and students), which necessitates the presence of spiritual leadership and appropriate administrative excellence in order to raise the level of performance of workers in scout camps. It is also considered one of the things that leads the individual to learn many things that serve society in general. The importance of the research lies in finding the relationship between spiritual leadership and administrative excellence from the point of view of scout leaders, and what is the benefit of this study on the scout division management system and sports administrative contracts in the central and southern regions. As for the research problem, the researcher identified it with the following questions. 1-Is there a relationship between spiritual leadership and administrative excellence among Scout leaders from the point of view of Scout leaders in the central and southern regions? 2-Is it possible to improve the situation of the Scouting people through the presence of Scout leaders with spiritual leadership and administrative excellence in the central and southern regions? The research objectives were 1- Building a measure of spiritual leadership for Scout leaders in the central and southern regions. 2- Building a measure of administrative excellence from the point of view of scout leaders in the central and southern regions. 3-Identifying the relationship between the spiritual leadership of Scout leaders and its relationship to administrative excellence from the point of view of Scout leaders in the central and southern regions. 4- Identify the extent of the benefit of spiritual leadership and administrative excellence for Scout leaders and Scout leaders in the central and southern regions. The second chapter included theoretical and similar studies, and the researcher touched on topics that were related to the subject of the research. The third chapter included the research methodology and field procedures. The sample was chosen intentionally, as it consisted of (198) scout leaders, with a percentage of (100%) from the research community. The chapter may include The fourth is a presentation, discussion, and analysis of the results of the two measures. The fifth chapter includes conclusions and recommendations, the most important of which is building standards for spiritual leadership and administrative excellence from the point of view of Scout leaders and Scout division officials in the central and southern governorates
