| dc.description.abstract | The phenomenon of alienation is one of the important phenomenon whom the modern literary studies highly denoted in the modern Arabic poetry shown as a result of the new issues surrounding the poets. The phenomenon of alienation has captured a large area in products of our poet , Dr. Sheikh Ahmed Al-Waeli, because the creative person is more sensitive and more affected by events and crises in general . From this point , the alienation form a stream in the creative product of Al-waaely. Perhaps that was the reason for our choice of Title " Alienation in the poetry of Dr. Sheikh Ahmed Waeli " which included an introduction and a preface, including two chapters and a conclusion was made available for the research that reveals the results of it . In the preface , We talked about the language and idioms of alienation in the Arab Lexicons such as Lisan Al-Arab , Al-mojam Alwasit , Taj Al-Aros and Asas Al-Balagha . In addition, the preface refers to the roots of the alienation in the old and modern Arabic poetry. The first roots of this phenomenon in the pre-Islamic poetry, which can be summed up two fundamental points: the first is the social life that was lived by Arab poets , and the second was the will to stay alive and rejected the idea of death . In the poetry of the Islamic era, some of the images of alienation have been varied than it was in pre-Islamic era. It took another form of alienation which linked to the meanings of immigration to God and leaving the worldly pleasures and adornments. In the Umayyad and Abbasid eras ,new colors to the phenomenon of alienation in the poetry has been emerged , such as alienation because of exile, imprisonment, persecution and marginalization of a group of community at the expense of another class. All of these concepts gathered under the title of" Political Alienation " Abbasid era was not the last which has seen this phenomenon, but the phenomenon of alienation has taken an important position in modern Arabic poetry The sense of emigrant of the poets became directly proportional to the complexity of life with most of its fields such as political, social and economic issues . The first chapter, which was titled " Patterns of alienation in the poetry of Dr. Ahmed Waeli " contains three parts .The first parts has been named" The Political alienation in the poetry of AlWaeli " . It studied the features of the text that supports the phenomenon of political alienation presence at the national level and Arabic level . Taking the sense of rejecting the policies of the rulers' errors and definition of a procedural to demonstrate a sense of poet's alienation. The second part ,which was titled "Social Alienation", has analyzed the evidence of poetry that refers to alienation which carry the meanings of criticism , social reform, exile, and nostalgia for the families and lovely ones. The third part which was titled " Place – Time Alienation", dealt with the impact of sensory implied by the poet's texts of alienation, which begins to make a nostalgia for the homeland as an aspect of place , and make the self eager to the days of boyhood and youth as an aspect of time . The second chapter was entitled " The language of alienation of Dr. Ahmed Waeli's Lexicon " . It contains two parts :the first was " Study of wordy alienation with statistical data " , ranked according to the alphabetic order and resulting a table represented the language and the development that has followed because of the impact of contextual of Al- Waeli alienation in his poetry. Under the title " semantic study for the wordy Emigrant " , part two was involving some groups. Each one represent semantic field on which the emigrant sense of the poetry depend by the radiation semantic technical which these words represent . Conclusion The research has a conclusion which included the most prominent resulted drawn by the study : 1- Alienation is - somewhat - an original phenomenon in the Arabic literature and it was not borrowed from the other in our literary study . 2- There were many types of sense of emigrant in the poet's poetry such as rejection of political persecution, criticism and social reform, longing for the homeland, and eager to place and time of boyhood and youth . 3- Word with a sense of the emigrant were not pessimistic and the meanings of alienation used because the poet wants to get rid of feeling mentioned before .
