Abstract
Blockchain technology has become a disruptive force in many industries with its promises of efficiency, security, and transparency. Blockchain technology has enormous promise for resolving long-standing issues in the real estate sector, characterized by high-value transactions and intricate multi-party processes, fraud, inefficiencies, and a lack of trust. The method used to achieve secure accessibility and authentication as well as encrypting estate details with a confirmation. The methodologies are based on a layered approach using login credentials, biometric authentication, and securing encryption. The first step of the method is user login using a Signup page Users enter their username and password in the usual way following standard security practices. It also supports biometric authentication through fingerprint recognition to enhance access control. The Minutiae algorithm processes the biometric data leading to a very secure and reliable method of verifying identity. Once a user identifies the estate, they can submit details about this particular estate, such as seller/buyer information along with related date specifics. There is data encryption to protect sensitive information from tampering.
An advanced technique called SHA256 is used for hashing entered data so that an unauthorized party cannot read the information easily. To heighten the confidentiality of the estate, documents submitted and specific real estate information are encrypted using the AES method during this process. Authorized staff must verify these details so that they can ensure whether the data being entered by an individual is true and original. The encrypted estate data can be viewed and validated by logging into the model using their unique login (supported via Splunk SSO for a single pane of glass experience). This way, it can be ensured that only reliable and authenticated data is further handled and uploaded to the blockchain. The results proved that the records are encrypted and stored securely because the encryption results proved that the records are encrypted securely according to the statistical criteria, graph, correlations, entropy, pixel rate of change index (NPCR), and uniform average intensity of change (UACT), and the results showed that they converged to the ideal ratios.
