The study sheds light on his views on these topics in detail, and his Examine of heritage books. The study revealed that he is a scientist with great experience in language, grammar, sound, interpretation and investigation. The study consists of a preface, three chapters, and a conclusion. The first chapter included three sections, while the second and third chapters included two sections. The conclusion included the results that were reached. The preface addressed the biography of Dr. Hadi Hassan. The first chapter about his efforts in grammar, the first section dealt with his position on the book's relation to Sibawayh, the second section studded the question in Quraan, the third section studded his book (The Methods expression Khalil). The second chapter dealt with his language efforts, the first section about relation of Al-Ein dictionary with Khalil, the second section dealt with his efforts semantic. The third chapter dealt with his efforts in examine of heritage books, the second section about his efforts in Interpretation.
